The most recent issue of the Haldimand Press (November 26, 2020) contains two totally contradictory views of the 1492 Land Back Lane dispute. In an opinion piece (Page 5), MPP Toby Barrett denies there is any doubt about “the rightful ownership of this subdivision.” For him, it’s simply a matter of “the rule of law.”
