2021 budget brings province’s COVID-19 response to $51B

HALDIMAND—On March 24, 2021 Minister of Finance and President of the Treasury Board Peter Bethlenfalvy released Ontario’s 2021 budget. It is the next phase of Ontario’s response to COVID-19 and is the second budget delivered in the pandemic.

“Health and the desire to see investment into health care remain top of mind,” said MPP Toby Barrett. “Vaccinations and wrestling this virus to the ground will give people confidence to get back to a normal economy and a normal way of life.”
