FISHERVILLE—In the Lion’s Community Centre in Fisherville on Saturday, April 5, 2025 there was a festive mood – a party to celebrate the end of Community Living Haldimand (CLH)’s 65th anniversary year.

Suzanne Kinzell, Heather Furtney, Patricia Boulton, and Bob Butella, were part of the welcoming committee for the evening inside the Fisherville Lions Community Centre.
Over the past the year, CLH held 65 events to mark its anniversary, ending with the party on April 5. Following a blessing of the food, guests were treated to a barbecue meal.
The evening, which was hosted by Rock “N” Ray Michaels, saw a brief presentation of CLH’s history, a draw from the year-long raffle, and the presentation of a provincial certificate for CLH’s achievements.
Bob Butella and Heather Furtney also presented roses to Nancy Bosch, a dedicated volunteer, for all her hard work.
