Memorial group gives over $100,000 back to community

HAGERSVILLE—On Friday December 13, 2019, three organizations were presented with $32,000 each from the Wanda and Scott Salverda Memorial group. Thirteen food banks were also presented with $2,000 each. Therefore, the grand total of funds raised and donated totalled more than $100,000. The money was raised through the Wanda and Scott Memorial Black and White Gala that occurred on November 16.
