To the Editors,
On April 23 Toby Barrett regretted the negative impact of “confusion” about policies to help control COVID-19. He mentioned the example of apparently “contradictory” rules about access to open spaces.
True, but more important contradictions may also exist. For instance, Premier Ford said he would limit the pandemic by forbidding caregivers to work at more than one nursing home. Good idea, but why would workers do that anyway?
