SELKIRK—Haldimand County OPP is investigating after a vehicle was nearly run off the road and another struck from behind and spun around on Rainham Road in Selkirk.
On Friday, June 12, 2020 at 5:25 a.m., OPP responded to Rainham Road where it was reported a vehicle was struck from behind and the suspect vehicle had fled the scene.
