JARVIS—The Jarvis Community Christian School recently had their Grade 7/8 students participate in the Peace Poster Contest, sponsored by the Jarvis Lions Club. The winning entry was drawn by Quintin Salverda.
Quintin’s poster will move on to the next level of judging for entrants from Haldimand, Norfolk, and Niagara, and if selected will then compete against entries from Ontario and Quebec. The top poster at that level will be given a chance to be judged against posters from all over the world.
“The Jarvis Lions Club would like to thank all the students who participated and wish Quintin the best of luck as his poster moves on,” said Lion Rick Fess.
