HAGERSVILLE—Thanks to a new collaboration between local agencies, 20 community transitional care beds will be opened in Hagersville.
“We are pleased to inform you of some expanded healthcare services for Haldimand and Norfolk counties. Together, West Haldimand General Hospital and AbleLiving Services/Thrive Group have partnered with the Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant Local Health Integration Network (HNHB LHIN) to open 20 community transitional care beds,” read a group statement from Steve Sherrer, CEO AbleLiving Services Thrive Group; Lucy Bonanno, CEO West Haldimand General Hospital; and Martina Rozsa, Vice President Home and Community Care HNHB LHIN.
