CAELDONIA—The Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO) has announced that planned construction work set to take place in 2021 for the new Argyle Street Bridge in Caledonia is being delayed at least a year.
“MTO continues the work necessary to get ready to proceed with the construction of the Argyle Street Bridge replacement,” said MTO representative Christina Martin, West Operations. “Construction of the new bridge and related works is expected to require at least four construction seasons with the new bridge open for public use near the end of the third year.”
