PORT DOVER—Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Child Sexual Exploitation Unit, Digital Forensics and Norfolk County OPP Detachment arrested and charged a Norfolk County resident following an online child sexual exploitation investigation.
On June 10, 2021, police executed a search warrant at a residence in the town of Port Dover and seized numerous electronic exhibits for further examination. As a result of this investigation, Timothy Sean Gulinski, 34-years-old, was arrested and charged with:
