Fisherville Lions honour local resident Mark Schweyer with award

FISHERVILLE—The Fisherville Lions have honoured one of their community members – Mark Schweyer – with the Melvin Jones Award, which is the highest award the club can present.

Schweyer is described as a strong supporter of the Fisherville Lions Club. A post on their Facebook page states, “He can always be seen working behind the scenes in our Lions Park. He has been the backbone of our Parks Committee and Fisherville Minor Sports.”
