SELKIRK—The 1st Selkirk is excited to be starting back up this month after not being able to operate since March of 2020.
As part of the BPSA (Baden-Powell Service Association), 1st Selkirk is a scouting organization. The website describes its program as a “vision for teaching youth to be better citizens for tomorrow through the outdoors and youth leadership,” as first set out by their founder Lord Baden-Powell.
