HALDIMAND—Following their 63rd Annual General Meeting on February 18, 2022, the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority (NPCA) elected Robert Foster as the new Chair of its Board of Directors, with Haldimand Councillor John Metcalfe serving as Vice Chair for the 2022 term.
