DUNNVILLE—Grace Munnings continues to hone her communication skills. For the past three years, she participated in the Optimist International Oratorical Contest organized by the Optimist Club of Dunnville and placed first each year. Her first place finish advanced her to the zone level with the aspiration to advance to the district level. Last year, she advanced to the Central Ontario District level, placed second, and won a $1,500 scholarship.
