HALDIMAND—Haldimand-Norfolk MP and Federal Conservative leadership candidate Leslyn Lewis came out of the gate swinging in the first leadership debate, held May 5, 2022, to become the new leader of the Conservative party and take on Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in the next federal election.
