JARVIS—Rev. Canon Richard Moorse (right) presents a donation of $8,000 to Jeff Booker (left) of the Jarvis Caring Cupboard. The contribution is the result of a special seasonal envelope collection over the past year at three churches: St. Paul’s Anglican in Jarvis, St. John’s Anglican in Cheapside, and Dunn Parish in Port Maitland. Rev. Moorse says, “The three churches wanted to help those families who are finding it difficult in making ends meet, particularly at this time of the year.
