We are sad to announce the sudden passing of Joan Elizabeth Fisher in her 80th year in Whitehaven, Cumbria, England. Her spark for life will be remembered in 2 continents. 30 years spent living in Canada lovingly raising a family, close friends, teaching, coaching and embracimg life in the communities she was apart of. England was her home country that she came back to work in as a civil servant until she retired. She will be missed by her family , friends and co-workers. As per Joan’s request there will be no funeral service. Cremation & private spread of the ashes in the Lake District at a future date.
At the end of the day life is too short!
