Bob passed away peacefully at home in Caledonia on Friday, December 8, 2023 at the age of 79. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years Simona and his children Scott, Jason (Krystal) and his daughter and best friend Krystle. His granddaughters Khloe and Jaydyn were his little rays of sunshine and he cherished every moment he had with them. He will be sadly missed by his sisters Karen and Lynda. Bob fought a valiant war with cancer and complications related to the radiation and later struggled with dementia. He enjoyed travelling many miles driving tractor trailer hauling loads throughout Canada and the USA. He could strike up a conversation with anybody he met along the way, nobody was a stranger to Bob. He enjoyed camping with his friends and family, spending summers in Sauble Beach at the trailer, and spending Friday evenings with his friends at the Cayuga Legion. He has now completed his final journey home as a true warrior. As per Bob’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no public visitation or service.
