Leonard Armstrong, a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2024, at Norfolk General Hospital. He is survived by his devoted wife, Donna Armstrong. Leonard was a loving father to Lisa Roth (husband Sean) and their children, Jessica and Tim, Lindsay and Kyle; Charity Schaeffer (husband Randy) and their children, Darrel and Nikki, Rachael and Adam, Nicole and Zack, Jacob and Patricia; and Angie DeVries (husband Wesley) and their children, Caleb, Clayton and Kassie, Cassidy and Dylan, and Caylee. He was also blessed with 11 great-grandchildren: Eliza, Myra, Atticus, Isaac, Brooklyn, Ace, Harley, Mia, Myles and Quincy. The funeral service for Leonard Armstrong will take place at Sweets Corners Christian Church, 5356 Rainham Road, on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at 2 p.m. A private graveside committal will be held at a later date. www.rhbanderson.com
