1926 – 2024
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our “Aunt Leen” who passed peacefully at the young age of 98, with family by her side. She has gone to join her parents Peter and Annie Gloyd, her husband Roy Bunn, daughter Geraldine, sister Jean Bacher, brothers Reg and Birge Gloyd and her best companion Kelly. She will be greatly missed by her nieces, nephews, their families and her puppy “Lacey”. Friends are invited to call at Miller Funeral Chapel, 28 Caithness Street East, Caledonia, on November 18, 2024 from 2 – 4 p.m. and at St. John the Divine Anglican Church, 37 Ottawa Street North, Cayuga on November 19, 2024 from 9:30 -11:00 a.m. with service to follow. Donations can be made to Grandview Lodge. Eileen worked for Cayuga O.P.P. for 24 years and was a member of the Police Association. She delivered for meals on wheels, member of Senior Support for many years. She loved her Blue Jays and her red hats. We were very blessed to have her in our lives. A huge thanks to the staff at Grandview Lodge on the Marsh View wing, all of you are amazing and cared for her like family!
