It is with love and sadness that we announce the passing of Neil Doyle in his 76th year. Dear husband for 53 years of Mary (nee Florio). Proud and loving father of Emily, encouraging and loving Papa of Gwynne. Brother-in-law of Tony and Marnie Florio, Frank and Frances Florio; a cherished uncle of the nieces and nephews of the Doyle and Florio families. Neil will be remembered by his dear friends Rick and Sue Gordon and their family. Neil was predeceased by his parents, Emmett and Ursula Doyle (nee McCarthy), and brothers Mark and Pat. During Neil’s 30-year career with the Brant Haldimand Norfolk Catholic District School Board, he built lifelong friendships. Neil had a passion for fishing and boating, as well as a love for playing guitar. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Neil’s memory to the Canadian Cancer Society is appreciated. A service followed by a luncheon will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church, 94 Main St. S. Hagersville.
