CAYUGA—Rodney and Annie Fox of Cayuga met in 1997 at a Valentine’s Dance and the first words Annie spoke to Rodney were, “Do you want a good housekeeper?” For the last three years Rodney has been putting up what he has deemed “A Farmer’s Valentine” for his sweetheart Annie.
