A few weeks ago, I introduced to you the Iacurti family. Unfortunately, at the time I had room for only one of their recipes. So, this week I am including their second one, the Lemon Twist Cookies. Andrea said the story behind these cookies dates back to her pregnancy with her third child, Mario. At the time she craved lemon, so they were cooking and baking anything with lemons! These cookies turned out to be their favourite. When I saw this recipe, it rekindled fond memories of my grandmother. She also made these cookies and they were a favourite of mine. I made these cookies and they turned out pretty good.
