I recently made this meatball recipe and it was delicious. I enjoyed it over couscous that I had left over from the previous day.

The bacon wrapped chicken looks like a good one to me. I am not a fan of onion powder, so when I try it I will finely chop some onion instead.

With the warmer weather that we have had this week I decided to make a potato salad and this recipe is from one of my many cookbooks. I liked that it had the baby potatoes in it. I cut the smallest ones in half and the ones that were a little bigger into quarters. Be sure to not overcook them. I cooked mine for about 6 minutes and they were done perfectly. Let them cool completely before adding the other ingredients in order to create a thicker salad. I liked the combination of ingredients in the dressing as it had a slightly tart flavour.
