I found this garlic chicken and noodles recipe in one of the old magazines I was recently going through. I made it this week and halved the recipe. The original recipe suggested using spaghetti noodles, but I just used some of what I had on hand. I had penne and bows so I chose the penne and it turned out well. I found the sauce a little bit thick, so I just stirred in a bit of milk.
