Chef Kyle Forth made this Chicken recipe at one of Zehrs’ cooking classes this past winter. I have made it and I liked it, although a couple of people thought it was too sweet. You could always add a little less honey or a bit more mustard. I made these cinnamon rolls quite some time ago and am sharing the recipe as I recently had a request for it. They are simple to make and are delicious. This macaroni and cheese recipe is one that I saw in a Women’s World magazine recently.

Thanks to our readers for your concern regarding my recent month and 2 days (but who’s counting) hospital stay after I got blown over in that bad February 28 windstorm and fractured my pelvis. Thanks also for your kind words about the great job Allison did writing the column for a couple of weeks. I didn’t want to disappoint our readers and Allison loves to try new recipes, too, so she was happy to continue on my behalf.
