This recipe for fruit crumble comes from an old cookbook of my grandmother’s. She used pears and apples, but you could use other fruits, too. I like it slightly warm with a dollop of ice cream, but it is good when eaten cold, too.

I have made these ham and cheese rollups before and they are a great addition to lunch with a side salad or bowl of piping hot soup.

The cheesy ground beef and pasta takes a bit of time to assemble, but it is well worth it. You could use ricotta cheese in place of the cottage cheese if you wish.
