I recently made this cheesy pasta and ground meat casserole for my son, daughter-in-law, and family and they really liked it. I used ground beef and my own Italian seasoning and used only ¼ teaspoon of the red pepper flakes.

I saw this recipe for creamy coleslaw a few months ago and had made it then. The original recipe called for brown sugar but this time I substituted maple syrup and I liked it even more. It is a good accompaniment to any meat dish and has even better flavour the following day. I particularly liked the combination of ingredients. I used packaged coleslaw mix, but you could certainly grate your own cabbage and carrots if you wish.

The wonton crispy snacks are very quick and easy to make. I saw this recipe recently and thought it would be a good time to try it as I had some grated parmesan left over after making the beef casserole. These are nice and crispy and really tasty. They will keep up to a week in a sealed container.
