This recipe for cheese phyllo bites was sent to me by Brenda Fess of the Jarvis area. They are really tasty and make a nice treat. The first time I made them I didn’t press the phyllo together well enough and the bottom layer didn’t adhere to the rest. I also used sea salt instead of regular salt and I found that they definitely needed the finer salt. Thanks Brenda for sharing your recipe.
This meat loaf recipe is very moist and needs to sit for a few minutes before cutting it. I had a request for a chili recipe so have included one of my grandmother’s favourites. I did alter it to be cooked in a crockpot, though. The cranberry cheese bites are a delicious treat and not too sweet.
