My friend Judy Moore of the Fisherville area loaned me some great cookbooks. I have previously shared some of her delicious recipes using maple syrup.

One of the books she loaned me is The Ultimate Cooking with 4 Ingredients Cookbook and it contains many great recipes, also.

I tried this chicken crunch recipe last week and halved it. It turned out really well and is definitely one that I would make again. It froze well and I simply reheated it in my toaster oven.

I made the onion and beef bake several weeks ago and it too was delicious.

I have not tried the others but will do so soon. Thanks, Judy for sharing your recipes with us.
