Paula Armstrong is one of the chefs who creates great meals at the Community Support Centre Haldimand-Norfolk for their café dinners. She recently made this cream cheese pineapple pie and it was a hit! It is a recipe that she got from a Taste of Home magazine.

This recipe for cinnamon roll cake was sent to me by a reader. I had the staff at Caledonia Vet Clinic and the girls at physio taste test it and they all thought it was really good. It is simple to make and is good on its own or with a dollop of ice cream.

Chicken stuffed with spinach, feta and sun-dried tomatoes is a recipe that I made a couple of weeks ago and when I shared some with my friend, Yvonne, she asked me for the recipe. I used sun-dried tomatoes that are packed in olive oil and used a bit of the oil for frying the breasts.
