I made this cheesy hamburger casserole last week and it found it easy to make and delicious. I baked it at 325 in the oven as I was baking another dish at the same time. I added a few minutes to the baking time and they both turned out well. Although the original recipe called for just 2 cups of cheddar cheese, I used two cups of grated old cheddar cheese and a half cup of grated parmesan. The sesame seeds make a good addition when sprinkled over the top. I also made these baked beans last week as part of my son’s family dinner. I taste tested them and really liked them. Instead of using all pork and beans cans, I used 2 cans of pork and beans with tomato sauce and 2 cans of brown sugar and bacon beans. I did add a couple more slices of chopped cooked bacon to the top. If you use chopped pickles instead of relish, I suggest adding an extra quarter cup of water. I also used Dijon mustard instead of plain yellow mustard as that is what I had on hand.
