Robert Bruce “Bob” Hoover entered into rest at West Haldimand General Hospital, Hagersville, on April 12, 2026, in his 102nd year. Beloved husband of the late Charlotte (née Parke) (2019). Predeceased by his sons Don (2006) (Kelly, 2024) and Glenn (2025) (Lynn). Survived by his sons Larry (Gwen) and Gordon (Linda). Grandfather of 10 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Special thanks to RVilla, where Dad lived since 2024, and the 3rd-floor staff of West Haldimand General Hospital for the great care in the last 4 weeks. Bob lived in Caledonia with his wife and four sons, where he operated a family business for over 50 years. Bob also was involved in many local organizations in Caledonia and taught his sons his strong work ethic, having been a veteran. If desired, donations to Haldimand-Norfolk Senior Support or the Caledonia Food Bank would be greatly appreciated.
