Passed away peacefully on October 27, 2026, in her 75th year at Haldimand War Memorial Hospital. Patricia was the loving partner of Neale for 32 years. Patricia will always be in the hearts of her son, Richard Nagel (Stephanie); step-daughter, Debbie Mitchell (Rick); step-son, Kevin Bradt (Susanne); and brother-in-law, Bruce Bradt (Lisa). She was the grandmother of Linkin and Islah. Step-grandmother to Megan (Garrison), Rachel (Cody), Chase (Chelsea), Austin (Madalyn) and Ella (Deshon). Step-sister to Sharon and Johnny Little. Those who knew Patricia will always remember her love for the game of golf and the joy it brought her throughout her life. Whether she was out on the course enjoying the fresh air, sharing laughs with friends, or chasing that perfect shot, golf was more than just a game to her – it was a passion that created lasting memories. One of her proudest moments was achieving the incredible feat of a hole-in-one, a special accomplishment that she could always look back on with pride and a smile. Though she may no longer be with us, her love for golf and the memories she made along the way will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved Patricia. Every time a golf ball finds its way into the cup, we will be reminded of her, her passion for the game, and the wonderful legacy she leaves behind. The family would like to share a special thanks to the many doctors, nurses and home care while Patricia was in their care. A very special thank you to Ray Uimonen and Marie Elfner for going above and beyond. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Canadian Cancer Society, Juravinski Cancer Center or a charity of your choice.
