After an almost 2 year battle with cancer in her 80th year; Wife of David (28 years) who lost his battle with cancer on March 17, 2022.
Mother of Leroy O’Marra, Valerie Gilbertson (Darrel), Kathy Dimassi (Wail), Steven O’Marra (Elma) and step-mother of Ruby Mullins. Grandmother of Jason (predeceased), Ivan, Jennifer, Elizabeth, Tess, Omar, Samir (Allison), Ahmad (Justine), Amina, Sean and Erin. Great-Grandmother of Ryan, Yassmine, Devin, Mackenzie, Meghan, William, Brenden, Braelynn, Aria, Angelina, Daren and Dean. Phyllis is survived by sisters Betty and Florence and brother Ken (Kathleen). Predeceased by brothers and sisters Glen, Marlene, Clare, Keith, Bob, Roy and Reta. In keeping with Phyllis’ wishes, Cremation has taken place. There will be no formal service. A private family service will be held at a later date.
