A resident of Duart, ON. BettyAnn passed away at the Four Counties Hospital in Newbury on March 5, 2024 at the age of 81. Born in Hagersville to Henry and Doris (Bagley) Coate. Beloved wife of 41 years to Jack Nicholson (d. Dec. 23, 2022). Will be sadly missed by brother Henry “Butch” & Cheryl Coate and sister Linda & Dan Nother as well as several nieces and nephews. BettyAnn was an avid gardener, dutifully tending her many gardens; lilacs being her flower of choice and yellow being her favourite colour. She enjoyed going for rides with Jack in their 1963 Ford Fairlane when Jack was home from being on the road as a truck driver. In keeping with BettyAnn’s wishes cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at a later date. Donations made in memory of BettyAnn can be made to your local Salvation Army Branch.
