Passed away peacefully at the Haldimand War Memorial Hospital on Monday August 4, 2025 at the age 87. Predeceased by her parents James and Jessie Cripps, her husband Earl (2017) and her son James (2019) and her sister-in-law Joyce Jantzi. Loving mother of Kathryn Stengel. Cherished grandmother of Selina Stengel. Jean will be deeply missed by her fur baby Ben. Friends were invited to call at BALLARD MINOR FUNERAL HOME, 315 Broad Street East, Dunnville on Friday August 8, 2025 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Funeral service was held at Knox Presbyterian Church, 223 Lock Street West, Dunnville on Saturday August 9, 2025 at 11 a.m. Private inurnment Knox Presbyterian Cemetery, Jarvis. Special thanks to East Haldimand Hospice, Dr. Elizabeth Blake, Dr. Ayoob, all the “Angels of Mercy” at HWMH, Rev. Mark Lewis as well as friends and family who have supported us through this journey.
