October 17, 1954 – August 16, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Roderick Eugene Sullivan. Left with beautiful memories are his wife, Diane (nee Doughty) and his three boys: Corey (Matthew), Joshua (Brittany), and Braden (Audrey). Rod was a proud Papa of his six grandchildren: Joel, Colton, Brooklyn, Mila, Zachary and Sadie. Predeceased by his parents, Catherine and Leo, he will be missed by his sisters Pam and Trish (Paul) as well as Diane’s siblings: Dave (Marie), Judy (Pat), Bruce (Barb), Glen (Joanne), Brian (Carol Anne), Kevin (Janice), Don (Gail), Christine (Scott) as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and loyal staff. Rod loved camping, watching his grandchildren at their sporting events, and his yeti. He was a part of the D and W Group for 50 years and could run into someone he knew anywhere he went. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Jarvis Lions Community Centre, 18 James Street, Jarvis from 2 – 4 p.m with memories of Rod to be shared at 3 p.m. Funeral arrangements entrusted to COOPER FUNERAL HOME, Jarvis (519-587-4414).
