Passed away suddenly on Monday, December 25th, 2023, at West Haldimand General Hospital at the age of 55. Predeceased by his parents Floyd and Cheryl Weaver. Dear father of Paige (Matty), Grace and Evan. He will be sadly missed by his soul-mate Katherine Cavanaugh and her family. He will be dearly missed by his brothers Warren (Jenny) and Darryl (Ashley), his stepmother Mary Catherine, stepsister Mikell, and stepbrother Sean. Cliff will be remembered by his uncle Larry (Barb) Weaver and Aunt Judy (Larry) Head as well as many cousins. Predeceased by his grandparents Russel and Mary Weaver. Cremation has taken place. SERENITY BURIAL & CREMATION SERVICES INC., 361 Main Street, Port Dover have been entrusted with the arrangements. A graveside service will be held at Christ Anglican Cemetery, 136 Rainham Road, Nanticoke on Saturday January 13, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. (Dress Warm, Daddy hated being cold) followed by a Celebration of Cliff’s life at the Nanticoke Community Centre, 38 Rainham Road, Nanticoke Ontario on Saturday, January 13, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. till 6:00 p.m. For those wishing to make a memorial donation in Cliff’s memory they are asked to consider The Canadian Mental Health Association, 189 Norfolk Street South, Simcoe, Ontario N3Y 2W5.
