Strong leadership forms the foundation of any government, organization, and business. We’ve seen our fair share of leaders vying for recognition and positions with the federal election, and it’s a good reminder of the qualities that make successful leadership. For more than 80 years, the Ontario Federation of Agriculture (OFA) has cultivated the growth and development of leaders. The ability to inspire with honesty and integrity, and lead with passion for agriculture, are qualities OFA supports in elected officials, staff, and volunteers. We’re fortunate to have several programs for the development of leadership skills to ensure agriculture is heard and respected.
