Burnout common among residents

HALDIMAND—Almost 40% of local area residents are experiencing burnout, says a new study that looked at people’s work-life balance.

A Workforce Planning Board of Grand Erie survey, titled Navigating Work-Life Balance, found that 39% of residents were experiencing burnout, while another 50% said they had felt burned out in the past. Burnout affected both people working and not working.
