CALEDONIA — Haldimand-Norfolk NDP candidate Sarah Lowe has spent the past 14 years enjoying the perks of small-town life in Caledonia with her husband William and daughters.
“We moved here from Hamilton because we wanted more space and a smaller community, she explained.
