HAGERSVILLE—Rob Davey netted $20,008 as last week’s winner at Catch the Ace, a weekly fundraising lottery in support of the West Haldimand General Hospital, the Hagersville Food Bank, and Hagersville Lions, hosted by the Lions and the Hagersville Rocks Committee every Thursday at the Hagersville Legion. The fundraiser has greatly grown in popularity as each week passes and the grand prize remains up for grabs, now estimated at $151,515, in addition to the weekly prize totalling 20% of that week’s ticket sales. To participate, head to the Legion between 2:30-7:50 p.m. on Thursdays. Tickets are 1 for $10 and 3 for $20.
