CAYUGA—Cayuga Mutual has donated a total of $41,000 split evenly across six non-profit organizations that support the Haldimand community. Assistant General Manager Rosanne Belliveau explained, “Farm Mutual Re (our mutual reinsurer) wanted to help the 48 communities in which the Ontario mutual insurance companies operate. Understanding that we know best what that means in our communities, Farm Mutual Re has graciously given us funds to contribute philanthropic support to local relief efforts. In mutual support, the board of directors of Cayuga Mutual has requested funds be donated to the following organizations: Haldimand Abilities Centre Hagersville (a division of the Alzheimer Society of Brant, Haldimand, Norfolk, Hamilton, Halton), Caledonia Food Bank, Cayuga Food Bank, Community Support Centre Haldimand Norfolk, Hagersville Food Bank, and Hamilton Salvation Army Men’s Shelter.”
