Cayuga Secondary School students give to Christmas Basket Program
CAYUGA—Cayuga Secondary School (CSS) teacher Jonathan Mann, Student Council Advisor, and Katie Flear, Student Council Prime Minister, presented a $925 cheque to Cayuga Service Clubs Christmas Baskets Co-Chairmen John Derby and Bob Gibson recently. In years past the students collected food and gifts for this program by way of their ‘Scavenger Hunt,’ but due to COVID-19 restrictions on food handling this year, it was decided to raise funds. A big thank you goes out to the students, as well a big thank you to the CSS community for their donations. —Photo courtesy of Ben Metcalfe.
