CAYUGA—Haldimand and Norfolk seniors’ groups are receiving more than $80,000 as part of an Ontario government investment of $14.3 million in 2020-21 to support nearly 300 senior active living centres. Locally, the Cayuga Senior Drop-In Centre will receive a total of $18,582.62. These programs will deliver new virtual initiatives to help keep seniors safe and socially connected as they continue to self-isolate due to COVID-19.

“This funding is important to keep seniors connected during COVID-19,” said Haldimand Norfolk MPP Toby Barrett. “I encourage all concerned to check out some of these new programs.”
