CAYUGA—When Alexis Boehler and her parents of Cayuga decided to try a Simcoe restaurant for the first time on January 4, 2020, they had no idea it would be a life-changing experience. While dining, Boehler, then 15, noticed a man at a nearby table “choking and struggling to talk or breathe.”
