HALDIMAND—Haldimand County Council members voted unanimously in favour of supporting a draft motion brought forward by mayor Ken Hewitt asking the Provincial government to dissolve the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT).
The tribunal “adjudicates matters related to land use planning, environmental and natural features and heritage protection, land valuation, land compensation, municipal finance, and related matters,” according to their website.
