SELKIRK—Local museum Wilson Macdonald Memorial School museum has suffered a major septic malfunction in their basement, requiring emergency funding from the County to address it.
The malfunction, which took place on March 20, 2020, was contained to the basement of the building, where much of the museum’s collection as well as other artifacts are stored. Staff worked quickly to remove those items from danger, as well as other supplies and equipment stored in the affected area.
