HALDIMAND — Haldimand County Council has sent notice to the City of Hamilton that they oppose the use of Haldibrook Road (the border between Haldimand and Hamilton) as part of Hamilton’s Truck Route Master Plan, with local councillors citing the negative impact changes to the road’s infrastructure would have on the established community in proximity of the road.
